The Tilt-A-Hitch has satisfied the test requirement for Australian standards for an operational rating of 2000kg. The tilt a hitch has been tested according to Australian standard AS4177.1-2004 which is referenced to in ADR62 as means of achieving compliance.
ADR62 is in turn referenced in state and territory road legislation throughout Australia
