Tilt A Hitch has an 2000kg load rating
-The 2 inch tube on the Tilt A Hitch is made with at least 1/3 more steel than any standard hitch.
-This hitch acts as a 10 inch extension. This sometimes reduces the load capacity of the receiving unit, so always check the manufacturer's recommendations on your receiver for correct load capacity. You may need to add 10 inches to the safety chain on your trailer.
-Always follow the lowest rating for your towing system. Tilt A Hitch is rated at 2000kg but this does not raise the load rating of either the ball nor the receiver unit on your vehicle.
-The best trailer ball to use with Tilt A Hitch is the one inch shank 50 mm ball that has been available for years.
-A shim is provided with every unit if you are using a 7/8 shank tow ball
-The tilt a hitch has been tested and complies with Australian standards
"Never tow in the upper three holes"
